Ccm Senior Hvr Hybrid Hockey Cage Visor Fmhvr

Moved from a half visor to a CCM FV1, and now the HVR.
Nothing wrong with the FV1, just wanted to try this combo unit and style. Great clarity and tad bit more air flow for this 60 plus old timer, who needs as much air as possible during my 60 second shifts.
Pros...air flow, replacement spare visor (if you find them :( )
Cons...heavier, the black bars above and below visor can distract you

Great product if you can get your hands on it. Zero fogging. Fantastic view with no obstructions. Comes with a shield cover. Not as heavy as people make it out to be. Would highly recommend.

I bought this hybrid after some dental work and a puck to the face. The concept of visor and cage made sense and I did not like the full cage due to obstructed vision. Finding a senior large was challenging and I was wondering why this product had not caught on and was not more available in local major chains. I am pleased to announced it works really well. It doesn't fog the same way as the full plastic models do and the clips at the top slide along the cage which allow for the mask to fit older helmets. I am wondering if it is the cost difference that has made the hybrid less popular. I play four times per week and have yet to see anyone else with this model.
